Congratulations to Fred Kaustinen, 

Chief Governance Officer for the Halton Police Board, on being awarded the 2024 Canadian Association of Police Governance Award for Excellence in Police Governance for his decades of service to police board across Canada. 

It was my please to nominate Fred, with the unanimous and enthusiastic support of the entire board. It has been, and continues to be, a pleasure getting to work with Fred as we provide excellence in governance and civilian police oversight to the people of Halton Region.
